What are your operating hours?
We are open 7 days a week and provide service for all flights in and out of XNA, by reservation. For special circumstances, please call us.
What type of services do you provide?
We offer a wide variety of services from package delivery to airport transportation, as well as group transporation services for weddings, meetings, and events.
If we booked a ride with you, where will we meet you at XNA?
You will come out of the baggage claim area via the furthwest west door by the parking garage. Your driver will be waiting in a marked Jim’s Express Shuttle vehicle.
How are your rates calculated?
Airport transportation, package delivery, and in-town transfer rates are all calculated by mileage. Larger group needs will be calculated by vehicle, time, and mileage.
Accepted forms of payment?
You can pay the driver cash or we accept all major credit cards and debit cards.
